This peper deals with the error distributions of trace elements analysis, such as data processing, estimation of error, and quality monitoring. The author su- ggests to calculate the statistic parameters errors and deviations of real sample analysis by formulas based on the normal destribution and then expressing them in corrr.sponding units,
